If you have sent us your payment via demand draft or cheque, it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Premium Membership will be activated as soon as we receive the payment. We will notify you via e-mail once we receive payment and activate your premium Membership.
If you have made a payment via Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking and still haven't been able to activate the Premium Membership automatically, we recommend you contact us via the help centre and let us know the transaction details, so we could look into the issue. Sometimes some online transactions can get stuck due to technical glitches between websites - payment gatewats - banks. We periodically look for such issues and upgrade accounts manually. However, if your account does not upgrade within 6 hours of payment, we recommend you contact us by clicking on the above link and provide us complete details of the payment done.
Rest assured, we will either upgrade your account or the transaction will get refunded automatically if it doesn't get verified at our end.
